Bianca Pope, FNP
Bianca earned her Associates Degree in Nursing here in the Golden Isles at the College of Coastal Georgia. She then worked in the Critical Care Unit as a Registered Nurse at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Waycross, Georgia gaining clinical experience as she continued her education further. She completed a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University while she continued providing care to patients during her educational career. In 2013, she completed her Master's of Science in Nursing and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Medical College of Georgia. Bianca has a passion for preventing chronic illness and developing treatment plans with patients to manage an array of medical issues.
Living in the area she calls home, she has been providing primary care to her community for over a decade. She enjoys mentoring and providing clinical preceptorships to students joining her profession. Her passion is in preventive medicine and she truly feels like her calling in life has been helping her community through providing healthcare and education.
Other than nursing, she enjoys her aquarium, the beach, especially boat trips to Cumberland Island, and spending time with her family. (Husband, Preston, children Mary Lee, Janie Rae, and the newest addition, Juliet Ida born August 2021, and her Bichons, Cannoli, and Sassie).
Brandy Chambers, FNP
Brandy was born and raised in Brantley County, with roots across Brunswick and the Golden Isles. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University and worked as a Registered Nurse on the Medical-Surgical floor at Southeast Georgia Health System. Next, she received her Master’s in Nursing Education from Georgia Southwestern University and spent 9 years teaching nursing at the College of Coastal Georgia. Most recently, she earned a second Master’s degree in nursing from Georgia Southern University and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
When asked why she became a nurse practitioner, Brandy replied: “I want to offer education, quality health care management, and kindness to patients. Primary care presents an opportunity to impact changes which reduce morbidity and improve overall quality of life.”
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and two girls, Ansley Kate and Baylee Shea. The girls keep her busy…so her hobbies include playing Barbie, dressing up, reading the Wonky Donkey, and swimming in her pool.
Baylee Ahnert, FNP
Originally from Frederick, Maryland, she has called Georgia home since 2013. Baylee earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Coastal Georgia in 2019 and later completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Georgia College & State University.
Baylee’s nursing background includes several years in the cardiac intensive care unit and a year in the emergency department, where she developed a strong foundation in acute care. Over time, she found her true passion in primary care. Her main focus is prevention and patient education to help individuals manage and reduce their risk of chronic illness.
Outside of work, Baylee enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and spending time in the sun—whether at the beach or by the pool. Spending time with her little family, husband, Jordan, and son, Noah, as well as two dogs, Bella and Millie.
Baylee is passionate about empowering patients through education and helping them make lifestyle changes that support long-term health and wellness.
Tiffany Devlin Sellers, LPN
Tiffany is a lifelong resident of the Golden Isles and a valued member of the GIFHC team. She graduated from the Coastal Pines Technical College Licensed Practical Nurse Program in December 2016 and has been with Golden Isles Family Healthcare since they opened their doors in 2020. Tiffany has been part of the practice since day one, helping shape the welcoming and patient-centered environment our community knows and loves.
She is adored by patients for her warm personality, compassionate nature, and dedication to providing exceptional, personalized care during every visit.
Outside of the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, husband Dakota, and her daughters, Hazel Grace and their newest addition, Margot Kelly. She loves being on the water—whether at the beach or the river—and spending her weekends outdoors.
In Loving Memory of Kay Stokes
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved coworker and friend, Kay Stokes. She was more than just a part of our team — she was family.. She was loud, outspoken, full of life, and always said what everyone else was thinking (usually with a laugh that carried down the hallway).
She was the heartbeat of our billing department and a constant source of sass, strength, and honesty. Even through her battle with cancer, she never lost that spark — she showed up with grit, humor, and more determination than most people could dream of.
We’ll miss her voice, her laughter, and her presence in every part of this clinic. But we’ll keep her spirit alive every time we tell it like it is, every time we find a reason to laugh, and every time we care for our patients with the same kind of heart she gave to all of us.
Rest easy, Kay. You made your mark here — and we’ll never forget you.
Tabitha Rowell, Medical Office Assistant
Tabitha is a Brunswick native. While at GIFHC, Tabitha has worked all front office positions, as well as new patient coordinator & referral specialist, today you can find Tabitha in clinic assisting with patient intake, vital signs, lab draws, EKGs, and assisting providers during exams and procedures, as well as managing scheduling, charting, and electronic health records. Her kindness is recognized by all our patients!
Tabitha recently became a mother to the sweetest little boy Murphy James. She loves spending time with her husband, Ramey & 4 fur babies! Tabitha loves to bake and decorate cakes. You might even find her shopping for vintage finds on the weekends.
Rebecca Johnson, Front Office Assistant
A Brunswick native, Rebecca is an invaluable member of our team here at GIFHC. She brings over 15 years of experience in the medical field and truly has done it all. You’ll often find her at the checkout window, greeting patients with a warm smile while efficiently scheduling follow-up appointments.
Rebecca is passionate about patient care and believes that supporting individuals during their most vulnerable moments is a true privilege. She plays a key role in coordinating and managing office schedules, along with handling a wide range of daily practice operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys traveling, shopping, true trime podcasts, and decorating her home. Rebecca is the mother of three, Haylee, Baker & Abigail and one fur baby Cody.
Kalynn Cason, Front Office Assistant
Kalynn is a graduate of the 2023 class from Brunswick High School. She is a Certified Nurse Aid with over a year of healthcare experience! Currently working full time at GIFHC and attending CCGA. She wants to further her education in the healthcare field. She is the first of many smiles you will see when entering our office, as she is our front desk receptionist and our new patient coordinator.
When not working and going to school, Kalynn enjoys shopping, traveling and having a good time with friends. She has a border collie named Millie, who she loves with her whole heart.
Laura Todd, Front Office Assistant
Laura is a local, born and raised in Brantley county. She assists in the front office with patient communication and scheduling. Laura is eager to learn and always willing to offer a helping hand! Make sure to welcome her with love.
Laura married her high school sweetheart and has 3 beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading a fun novel, whipping up something good in the kitchen & riding dirt bikes. She also loves to paint and draw when she gets the chance.
Kelsey Blades, Front Office Assistant
Kelsey is a Brunswick, GA native, she brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Kelsey is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors, and she plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. We are so excited to have her on our team!
Recently married, Kelsey enjoys spending her free time with her family and cheering on her son, Aiden, as he wrestles and plays baseball for BHS—Go Pirates! She also loves traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors, especially hunting and enjoying nature.
Erica Tucker, Billing/Insurance Specialist
Erica was born and raised in Brantley County and now proudly calls Townsend home. With nearly 13 years of dedicated service in the medical field, she brings experience, reliability, and a genuine passion for patient care to everything she does.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys traveling, getting lost in a good book, and soaking up the sunshine during summer boat trips to beautiful St. Catherine’s Island. She treasures time spent with her family and friends, especially with her husband, Matthew, and their daughter, Ally, who keep her smiling and inspired every day.
